Please read over the following information BEFORE reserving your appointment. Kathy's Wax Studio is a private studio salon located inside Sola Salons at the El Cerrito Plaza. All services are performed with HARD WAX. IMPORTANT UPDATE: LEG WAXING SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. **MUST BE OVER 18 TO RECEIVE WAXING SERVICES. MINORS MUST HAVE PARENTAL CONSENT AND PARENTS MUST ACCOMPANY MINORS TO THEIR WAX APPOINTMENTS** HOW TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT: Browse the service menu and select ALL services that you'd like to receive. Next, select the date/time that you need if it appears to be available OR the first available appointment. Next, input your full name as it appears on your state issued I.D. along with your contact information. Please have your credit or debit card information ready in order to reserve your appointment time. PLEASE NOTE: Your card will NOT be charged for reserving an appointment time. Please DO NOT text, call, or e-mail asking to bypass this step. Your card is REQUIRED to be on file per my studio policy. NEW CLIENTS: You will be required to read through, complete, and sign a Client Intake and Consent form in order to proceed with your appointment. No extra guests, including children, are allowed during our appointment. It creates a distraction for each party and disrupts the experience. Thanks for understanding. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A FEVER, STUFFY OR RUNNY NOSE, SORE THROAT OR COUGH, PLEASE RESCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY. Masks are OPTIONAL. I will continue to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. Cancellation Policy

Late Policy: Kathy's Wax Studio has implemented a 5-minute grace period in order to best accommodate your scheduled appointment(s). If you have more than one service scheduled, please try to arrive on time. Otherwise, one or more services will need to be canceled and rescheduled for a different day and time. If you know the grace period isn't enough time for you to get inside the studio, please reschedule for a different time or day. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow time to schedule other clients. Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a Cancellation Fee*. I understand that emergencies happen. If possible, please call or text the salon to notify me immediately. *Cancellation Fee: 100% of the cost of services scheduled for the canceled appointment(s) No Call/No Shows: If you fail to call or show up for your appointment, the Cancellation Fee* will be charged to the card on file. You will not be allowed to reserve future appointments.
